Bulk Upload Tool - Upload Multiple Items at Once

RadicalBuy now offers you the ability to upload multiple items at once. Download our bulk upload tool to begin. Simply enter in the required info as instructed below and then email the document back to us. Simply email the completed file to support@radicalbuy.com and a representive will contact you shortly.

Bulk Upload Instructions:

Please read these instructions prior to completing the Excel spreadsheet. It will provide you with the explanations for each field. Once the spreadsheet is completed, email it to support@radicalbuy.com. It will be reviewed and then submitted.

Title and Description are both plain text.

Price is a standard two decimal float value (i.e. 9.99, 25.00, etc.)

Item Location is the Zip or Postal Code of the item.

Commission is a percentage of the price that you are offering to other people for helping you to sell the item. This number can range from 0% (no commission) to 100% (all monies go to the person who helps sell the item).

Item Condition is a rating from 1 to 5. On the spreadsheet, use a number. On RadicalBuy it will correlate to the following:

  • 1 - Poor
  • 2 - Fair
  • 3 - Good
  • 4 - Excellent
  • 5 - Mint, Brand New

Quantity is the number of the items you have for sale.

Currency defaults to the US Dollar ($). We also support Pounds Sterling, Euro, Canadian Dollar, Yuen, and Australian Dollar. If left blank, we will assume USD. Otherwise, fill in which currency you prefer.

Shipping Method is where the item can be shipped. Select the correct number and it will correlate to the correct method.

  • 1 - Domestic Only
  • 2 - International
  • 3 - Pick Up Only
  • 4 - Digital
  • 5 - Other
  • 6 - Worldwide

Shipping Charge is for flat rate shipping. If you plan on determining shipping charges based on location, leave this field blank.

Tags are keywords about your item and can be used when searching for an item. They should be separated by spaces. Commas should NOT be used.

Preferred Payment Method is the way you prefer to get paid. Please just choose one.

Accepted Payment Methods can have multiple options in it. The choices for these are:

  • 1 - PayPal
  • 2 - Google Checkout
  • 3 - Credit Card
  • 4 - Obopay
  • 5 - Money Order
  • 6 - Check
  • 7 - Cash

Please just put the number in the field.

Accept Offers is if you will allow people to offer a price for your item. Choose 1 if you are open to offers and a 0 if you will not allow offers to be made.

Category ID is how you want your item categorized. We currently only offer the top level of categories through bulk upload. Select the category ID number and put it into the field. See below for category IDs.

Image is the absolute URL to where your image is located. The image must be in jpg format. For instance, http://www.your_server_name.com/images/myimage.jpg

Instant Payment is if you require payment immediately. We currently only support instant payment through PayPal (Google Checkout is coming soon). If you require instant payment, place a 1 in this field. Otherwise, you may leave it blank. IP Email is your PayPal e-mail address. Leave this blank if you are not requiring instant payment.
